possible. Every order is packed with attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and
beautifully.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
Please note that personalized or engraved items require additional preparation time.
For orders that include personalization, engraving, custom sizing, or other made-to-
order modifications, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production before
shipment.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase
required. The shipping cost is fully covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is
the final price for delivery. Please note that additional charges may still apply for
customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country’s regulations for
international shipments.

 Personalized or engraved orders: please allow an additional 3–5 business days
United States
 Standard delivery: 2–7 business days

Important Information
 Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due
to customs and carrier delays.

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with
tracking information.
 Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or
courier service disruptions.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes
depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the
customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please
contact us as soon as possible with your order number and shipping details. We will
work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving it
as quickly as possible. While we cannot guarantee carrier transit times, we will do our
best to help track your shipment and provide updates throughout the process. Please
note that investigations for lost packages may take several business days depending on
the shipping provider.
