Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

You may return your item within 60 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us by email (info@orvynelements.com) with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
